Last Saturday (6/10/2012) Piet Ludic and Marietjie Vogel (Brother and sister) celebrated their 77th and 67th respective birthdays.

They enjoyed alarge family and friends (approx 50) birthday party held at Marlon Holiday Resort. The party was and afternoon affair held under the large lapa which is ideal for these types of functions. A large pork spit braai was the main
attraction. Although it was to have been a midday lunch the celebrations went on into the evening. The guests came from all over the country and some stayed over taking advantage of the self catering accommodation which is available at Marlon Holiday Resort.
